Isn't he cute?

Fishing in St. George

Hewitt's FiRSt time FISHING!!!

Brandon was so cute. He kept telling me that he wanted to take Hewitt fishing. When he told Hewitt his plan, Hewitt would NOT STOP ASKING TO GO! It was really sweet. He kept saying,

"I wanna go fishing noooooooow"

"I wanna catch a fiiiiiiiiiisshhh"

SO, Brandon went and bought Hewitt a fishing pole and some bait. Then off they went. Just Hewitt and Brandon. We came later to meet up with them and Hewitt was so excited to show us his fish.

"come see, come see, its dead, come see my fish, its dead, it died, come see!"

It was so cute. They caught 3 fish that day. Hewitt had a blast. Thanks to Brandon.

Look at this HUGE fish he caught! Well it was big for him!

Daddy bought him a COOL new "Spider Man" fishing pole.

I HAVE BEEN TAGGED!

WHEN YOU'RE TAGGED....
1. Link the person who tagged you.
2.Post these rules
3.Tell about six unspectacular quirks about yourself
4.Tag three fellow bloggers by link

Okay, these things may or may not be things that people already know about me, but I am not really sure of my individual quirks....these are in NO Particular order.....but here it goes!

1. I have to have my day planned out. I buy a notebook about every month or so and everyday I write lists of things I need to do, or want to do. This happens about 5 or more times a day, and of the same freakin things each time!!! Sometimes I will do the whole week at a time, hour by hour. SO when Brandon can't help me decide what we are doing that night (if we are or aren't going out) then I seriously get anxious.

2. I always let the gas tank get all the way empty, and then fill it up with 10 bucks. It really bugs my husband. I don't really "WANT" to do that, its just a bad habit.

3. When I am writing a letter or note (handwritten) , or writing a "LIST"........ If I mess up, I can't just cross it out or erase it. I have to start all over. Even if its at the very end of a really great letter. It just BUGS.

4. I fold a certain way. SO it takes me forever to get my laundry done. Because it has to be folded RIGHT. My husband just flips the shirt around, and says "its folded"....but no, that doesn't work!

5. I keep everything. Too many things. BUT I really treasure memories. SO I have things from people in 3d grade...things to help me remember people that were important to me.

6. I have a very STRICT sleeping and eating ROUTINE for my kids. Its so much easier that way for me. I have loosened up alot since Linford, but they will go down for naps and to bed the SAME time everyday, NO MATTER WHAT! It keeps me sane. Same with their eating. I will go set up Hewitt's room an exact way and then I have a very particular thing I do with each child every night. I have finally found a sitter besides my family that I trust, and she is awesome, but just imagine:She gets a written "SCHEDULE" hour for hour that MUST be followed.....and a "step by step" list of instructions on the "bed time routine"....that takes a special babysitter!! It doesn't take that much work, i'm just ANAL. It doesn't have to be done this way....it just makes me feel comfortable.

Last thing I have to say....
I love candy. I always have to have it in my house or I will go steal some from Christina (my friend). I will find it somewhere if I can't find it in my house.

2 firsts for linford, Spaghetti and Otter pops!

Messy Messy Boy
Today was Linford's first time eating Spaghetti. He loved it, as you can see and we just had to take a picture of his precious smile. Linford is the happiest baby, we are so lucky to have him.

Linford and Andi, Best friends already! Otter pops are probably not the BEST thing for these babies, but man they sure loved it! This was also a first for Linford today.
We went over to Macko's house to swim in the warm weather.

Bath-Time for Boss

BOSSY
Boss got cleaned today...I thought it would be a hard task, but it was actually fun. He loves the water. He is such a good dog, he just let me scrub him clean and he LOVES to be brushed.
Squirting him off, he really wanted to drink the water while I was trying to hose him down.

I Hope They Call Me On A Mission

I HOPE THEY CALL ME ON A MISSION......

We just love to hear Hewitt sing, OBVIOUSLY, so here is another one of his many favorites.ENJOY!!!!!

Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day!!! I love this holiday...I think because we grew up making such a big deal about my mom, and I loved making my her feel special. I couldn't wait to be a mom and I looked forward to someone making a big deal about me. Now that I am a mom, I get so excited. I don't know if its fair to Brandon, just cause I expect alot...not alot of "things" but alot of "special" attention from him and the boys! I told him this year, ALL I WANT is a card and a letter telling me how great of a mom I am and how much you love me and breakfast in bed......and FINALLY he did exactly what I said, and guess what, it was THE BEST MOTHERS DAY so far!!!!!
It started with "Breakfast in Bed"...Brandon came in with the tray and the boys and taught Hewitt to say, "Happy Mothers Day". It was really sweet, it meant alot to me.

We went to my mom and dads house for dinner to celebrate Mothers Day. This is just a picture of our fam.

Brandon is the sweetest Husband in the world I am so blessed to have him!!! He made this Mothers Day a very special one. Me and Linford, he's such a cutie.

This is Macko on the right, holding Andi his little sister......and Hewitt on the left holding Linford. Mack and Andi are my brother Jayson and his wife Brigitte's kids. They are so sweet. We just love them to pieces. Hewitt adores Mack.
Look at Hewitt's smile in this picture....
I HAVE TAUGHT HIM WELL!!! Hopefully Linford can follow in his footsteps and learn, "1-2-3...smile"

NEEDING A HAIR CUT

Hewitt has had a million hair cuts, but I just wanted to show off how good he is, and of course how cute he is too! I am one of those mom's who likes a boys hair (and a mans hair) cut SHORT. So the moment I find a little hair growing over the ears, in we go for a hair cut.
So this is BEFORE we started...

The good thing is, I have sort of brain washed him to think getting a hair cut is like going to the toy store, so when I tell him we are getting a hair cut, he gets all excited!
Getting STARTED....

He is so good, everytime we go, the lady asks him ten times if he is really 2 years old, cause he is so good and patient.
Almost DONE....

The FINAL product, doesn't that look SO MUCH BETTER!?!?!?!? I just love it. Now we need to go get family pictures!!!
This is AFTER!!!

Visiting the animals at Thanksgiving Point

Hewitt and Grammy looking at the roosters. The roosters were going nuts, and kept crowing and Hewitt LOVED it.

This was just one of the animals we saw.

Hewitt was able to ride the pony all by himself this year!!! I asked him what the horses' name was and he said, "HARRY"
This is "HARRY"

Hewitt LOVES Animals, so he just has a blast visiting all the animals at Thanksgiving Point. Their candy store is amazing too.
