Elder F. Enzio Busche "Unleashing the Dormant Spirit"

This is a video that I happened to watch this week and it really struck me hard and stroked the chords of sorrow and grief for mine and others recent actions. It is called "Unleashing the Dormant Spirit" by Elder F. Enzio Busche formerly of Quorum of the Seventy. He talks about many things but what hit me the most is the desire we should have to Forgive and to Sacrifice. For only if we do those things will we really be able to accomplish great things in life and move forward. He says, "Never judge anyone, when you accept this you will be freed...If someone hurts you so much that your feelings seem to choke you, forgive and you will be free again." Just listen to what he has to say and ponder it and lets all take charge of our life to become better people spiritually and physically. I know I definitely need to learn to forgive and to move on in life and to become a better person who doesn't judge others.

Hewitt Singing His Favorite Song: Angels Among Us by: Alabama

Everytime we get into the car Hewitt asks to listen to his favorite song "Angels Among Us" by Alabama. For months we would would catch him singing and also correcting us if we sang any of the song wrong. He would go upstairs and play and we would hear him on the intercom singing this song to his toys and we would just laugh so hard. We tried for months to get him on Video singing but he tends to get shy when he is being recorded. He doesn't mind taking pictures but recording him is against his personal policy. So after a few failed attempts, we got it. Hewitt is hilarious he does the talking part at the beginning just like the song does and then sings the rest. Remember Hewitt just turned 3 years old in August, so this is his singing debut, he does such a good job. We also uploaded this song to Youtube.com and here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTYoCzj7ccc

ONE of the Halloween Parties

Halloween just gets more fun the older my kids get. We have had a party EVERY day this week and Hewitt couldn't get enough! Its not like he doesn't wear a "Super Hero-Super Suit" every SINGLE day anyways! BUT he is loving it. So this is JUST the beginning of the pictures I will post....
Andi (Linford's Cousin) was Dorothy and she looked sooooo cute, and Linford as Robin.
Linford wore those glasses at every single party THE WHOLE TIME. He didn't even care that they were on....I was so happy cause it really "made" the costume. This is a boy who WILL NOT wear a hat, so I thought it would be a struggle, but thank goodness it wasn't.

Here are all the cousins
Hewitt as Batman, Andi as Dorothy, Linford as Robin, J.J. as Superman,
Mack as a Lion, and Halle as a witch

Here is our little family

Brandon and Linford

Here are all the adults who dressed up and then our boys.
My dad, me, my boys, my mom, Jordan, and Linsey
(Linford was terrified of my mom and dad)

My parents with the kids

2008 Idaho Deer Hunt

This year we hunted again in Idaho up between Preston and Montpelier in Franklin County. The first 5 days hunting we watched about 8 bucks that were smaller bucks and Bryce ended up taking a large 2point that he shot at 611 yards on his second shot, it was amazing. Josh and I decided to head back out for a few more days this weekend to the same area. Josh Dyches is my neighbor and one of my best friends. After a few more days of hunting we decided to hunt one last day in the same bowl that you see above, it is a beautiful area that is a heck of a hike to get to. Sunday morning I spotted this buck at around 600 yards walking the tree line down the mountian. I immediately knew it was a buck cause I could see the antlers without binoculars. I wanted to shoot him but knew it was a far shot so I watched him go into some trees to bed down. I kept my eye on that area for an hour and half and decided to go after him. Josh stayed behind at a vantage point and watched the area in case the buck decided to move. I hiked an hour down the one mountain and back up the other side and watched the trees where he bedded down from around 150 yards. Most bucks get up around 1pm to get a quick bite to eat, once that time hit I decided to go into his bedding area to get him. Sure enough as I went crashing through, the buck came out the other end. I heard about 5 shots ring out from across the canyon, Josh obviously was shooting at the buck and I couldn't see the deer. I finally saw him after literally running up the mountain to get to a better veiw point. Josh wounded him and had also shot through his ear and blew off his antler. I made the kill at 40 yards, so we harvested this deer on a joint effort between Josh and I. This sucker weighed 199 lbs and had a huge head and neck. It took us 4 hours to haul him out of that area and boy did it suck. Never had I wanted a drink of water more in my life. He doesn't have the biggest antlers but a good tall 3x3 with good eye guards and a big body. The game processor we took him too said he was the 2nd largest body he has seen this season. All in all I would say it was a successful year with lots of memories and fun. Thanks for all the fun this season Bryce, Josh and Dad a day of hunting even without success is better than almost any other day.

Best Buddies

Hewitt & Linford
We are so glad that our two boys are so close in age. They are the best of friends and it is so fun to watch them play and interact. Hewitt is such a loving big brother and cares so much for Linford. Linford is such a well-behaved little boy that he handles Hewitt's constant attention so well.

Just Hangin out....
This was SO CUTE, I had put them on the couch in the morning right after they woke up and I left to go get some juice for them.
When I came back this is how they were laying.
Isn't that so precious???
They didn't move either they just laid there.

SUPER HERO'S

My son Hewitt seriously thinks he is a Super Hero. He will change his name a million times through out the day. I am Clark Kent, I am Bruce Wayne, I am Peter Parker.... and so on. It has become an OBSESSION. We are constantly looking at pictures of super hero's and playing super hero games. He lives in a Super Hero World.
He is definitely rubbing off on Linford. Some of Linfords first words were "batman" and "da-ta-da".

This isn't a great picture but the freakin camera guy took FOREVER to take the picture!

Hewitt is on the bottom row, far right.

Who are we going to listen to in this crucial time?

On the this page you will see 4 pictures of very prominent men who have greatly influenced society and do still to this day. We need to choose today, right now, in this most crucial period of our existence which men of influence we are going to listen to. This could mean our very freedom as Americans and the freedoms of our children are more at stake than we could ever imagine. On the left side of this page you will see first picture, George W. Bush president of the United States of America along with Karl Marx. For those of you who do not know Karl Marx, you should, for how can we know our enemy if we do not know of them or recognize them. Karl Marx is the founder of Communism otherwise known as Dialectical Materialism. I have for a long time held on to a belief that George Bush was on the side of good and Freedom. This government Bailout that is being done at the moment is the last straw for me and I truely believe that he has officially chosen the side of Karl Marx and communism for our country.
On the right side of the page you will notice President Ezra Taft Benson, former president and prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This man is my hero, he has fought for the right of the citizens of American and constantly warned and still warns us through books and other media on the devestation that America faces with the likes of Communism overtaking our Governing bodies of leadership. He is not the only one, all of our prophets have done the same at one point or another. The next man on the right is Glenn Beck I truely believe he is a voice to people warning us today of what is to come from this Government Bailout and other Fallacies of our Government. We should know these people and read and listen to their message and warnings. I feel Benson and Glenn Beck are both modern day Moroni's who are seeing the destruction and chaos in America because of Secret Combinations and they are warning us as did Moroni.
People, I feel so strongly about this and I can't stand it when all the good citizens are duped into thinking that this Government Bailout is a good thing for us. No, No, No!!! This is communism people this is worse than socialism and I say to you who think it is good, "SHAME ON YOU!" Educate yourself in the founding fathers and words and warnings of the prophets, educate yourself in what freedom is and should be. What price are we willing to pay to avoid being slaves and to avoid first and foremost our Children and Grandchildren from being slaves and loosing what America once was. Honestly, this is so frustrating for me. There is more out there than a 9-5 job there can be peace and prosperity for everyone, we just have to want it and strive for it. Don't let those idiots in Washington take that from us and our future generations. This is such a crucial time for us to stand up and voice our opinion and fight for our freedoms. I am begging you all, please don't stick your head in the sand and act as if all is well in Zion, it isn't.

Last but not least I must say, I am not anti Government or establishment I am all for government as it was set up to exist for the good of the people as the founding fathers had structured it. I love America and I love what America once was and I know it can become that land of Peace and Opportunity again. We must do something to help it however, we can't sit around. Capitalism is a good thing but with Capitalism comes Failure and from Failure comes Success and eventual Prosperity. Let those big companies fail and learn from it let the citizens of this country use their greatest asset their "Minds" to overcome our economic problems. Dont let the government promise away our Taxes and worse our freedoms.
