Linford's Birthday Gifts and Thanksgiving Point Farm

Here is Linford on his birthday first thing in the morning.

He loves motorcycles
He loves his magnifying glass, he loves to look at bugs with it
His two favorite presents
He LOVES these football players. Hewitt got one for his birthday and Linford plays with it all the time, so we got him his own.

THANKSGIVING POINT FARM

I absolutely love this place. Probably as much as my kids do. I love animals. Right now the farm has a baby calf, a baby foal, a baby goat (kid), a baby piglet, and a humongous bull. They are SOOOOO cute.
I usually would never attempt to really go to a place like this all by myself with 3 kids under the age of 4
.....BUT......
I will tell you a secret.
If you between 6pm and 8pm it is completely empty. Every time I go at these times, its just me and my kids and the entire farm all to ourselves. We do a million pony rides, and they run from animal to animal and my kids have the entire farm to themselves.
My stress level goes way way down, although I guess my stress level is never really ever that high to begin with. But its nice to not worry about losing the kids, or them having to be polite or you know!
Anyway- here are some cute pictures.
Harper loved it too!
Hewitt always loves riding the ponies and horses

OUR fun-filled weekend!

Payson Onion Days
We had so much fun today in Payson for their "Onion Days"
We never knew this even existed until today- but we had a really fun time.
We started off with the parade in the morning

Then we headed to the carnival
It was our kids first carnival experience and they had a blast
Linford got a little scared when I took him on a kiddie rollercoaster
that made him nervous for everything else.
Otherwise it was a hit!

Went home for naps
after a good 3 hours of sleep for all of us
we went to Pirate Island
This was also a first and the kids LOVED IT!

It was really nice to have Brandon home and a day off.
I was so proud of Harper today.
We put him through the ringer and I don't think he cried once.
Course he never does- but even in these extreme circumstances!
Between the heat, napping in the stroller, the noise and everything else....he was an ANGEL!

A little peep at our daily life

-Hurry and push PAUSE on my music so you can watch these-

THIS is why I love being a mom.
Try and ignore the messy house and my voice in this first clip,
it was really funny and I couldn't stop laughing.

This was on a day first thing in the morning after breakfast- we had nothing going on and the kids love doing this for the camera.

About an hour after playing I decided I really needed to clean my bathroom.
The kids decided they wanted to be "helpful" and "clean" my big mirror in my room. They were so PROUD of there FINE job.
I think they used every cleaning product we have.

We took cleaned up, got dressed, ate some food and took naps-
then Hewitt invited a friend over.
Hewitt was so happy to have Aiden come play.
He is from our old neighborhood and they missed eachother.
Then Brandons sister Brynn came into town.
She brought her kids to play and we had a good time just visiting.
Harper thinks I am so funny but I think I was kind of scaring Cambria, aren't these two cute?
My husband left for a football game with Linford and Hewitt
and I got to spend some alone time with Harper before he went to bed.
He is so cute.
We just love him.

That is our life on a care free day.
I wouldn't have time to show you what happens on a busy day, but we still have fun.
This is why I cannot imagine how people don't want kids
or how people don't "enjoy" being a parent.
It's SO WORTH it.
