Halloween
I love halloween.
I am not one of those who loves to dress up...
I don't decorate all "halloweeny"
-BUT-
I LOVE dressing my kids up and taking them out "Trick or Treating"
It is getting more fun each year as they try and choose what they want to be....

I am so excited to take them out tomorrow!!!

Old Friends
My good friend Mary Stevens Dowell came into town this weekend. So we decided to have a little get together....We miss Mary so much. She is such a fun girl and such an amazing friend.
Instead of going out to eat we ordered take out and came to my house to chill and talk.
We LAUGHED alot and talked about old times. I can't believe we are all grown up! It seems like yesterday we were in 6th grade.
I wish she lived here!

Hewitt's Pre-school Class
Hewitt has the BEST teacher and such a fun class.
I think all these kids are pretty dang cute,
but I can't help but think my Hewy is the cutest.

We are holding Hewitt back since he is an August baby.
He will have one more year at this pre-school, which will be 3 years at this place!
He loves it here.
He is just so SMART.
He is the YOUNGEST in the class and I keep hearing that he is one of the SMARTEST!
I am so proud of this cute little dude.

Playing Outside
Oh I am going to miss playing outside.
Yes the Fall colors are pretty
but I hate the cold and I hate being cooped up all winter long.
You can only play in the snow for so long with little ones.
I LOVE warm weather,
swimming, picnics, unrolled windows, birds chirping, popsicles....
not having these just makes me want to cry!

Harper is FULL on Crawling NOW! Yay!
People always say they don't want their child to crawl or walk
cause they'll be in to everything.....
I am the oppisite.
I LOVE this stage. I think its so fun.
I am glad he can get things by himself.
He also just started pulling himself up.
He stands up all the time.
His falls are still quite dramatic but he doesn't ever cry.
He is so cute, we just love him.

This is WHY....

This is why.... I love being a mom.
This is why.... I want more kids.
This is why.....I don't mind doing MOUNDS of laundry.
This is why.....I don't mind waking up SO EARLY.
This is why.....each day is worth living.
THESE little boys make it ALL worth it and more.
How could you resist them???

Now I just need a little girl to add to the mix!

Harper is Crawling...kind of

Harper is getting around!
I don't know if we can quite call it "crawling" yet, but its pretty darn close!!!!!
Pretty good for 6 months.
